Karen Goodwin – Licensed Agent/Compliance Manager: After 12 years as a Mortgage Broker Karen has joined MagnumOne as a transaction coordinator/compliance manager and also to make the transition to real estate sales. Stephanie Albaugh – Realtor: Stephanie Albaugh joined the MagnumOne Realty team in early 2009 and is currently working with buyers and sellers of residential properties in Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado Counties.
