Hello, my name is Stephanie Albaugh. I was born and raised in the Roseville area. I graduated from Woodcreek High School. Soon after college I started my career in the housing industry. For 7 years I designed dream homes for clients and builders. This experience has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in the Architectural/Construction industry as well as forming long lasting relationships with homebuilders and clients. 

The desire to get into Real Estate really started as my son, Alex got older and the need for more flexibility in my schedule increased. Real Estate has allowed me the flexibility to be involved with my family as well as growing my real estate career without sacrificing one for the other.

I currently live in Folsom with my amazing son, Alex. We are a very active family and you can usually find us on the bike trails, in the water or traveling to new locations.  I look forward to helping others find their dream homes as well.
