Michael Jalone – Broker/Realtor After a full career in banking and the Internet business Michael retired in 1996 thinking he would help
Julie with her real estate business as an avocation. As time passed and Julie
started MagnumOne Realty he found himself not helping her but providing marketing and administrative support to the company
and other agents. His educational background, banking experience and knowledge
of the internet make him uniquely qualified and great in his new role. Although he rarely works directly with clients to buy or sell he enjoys helping them with the marketing
of their properties and negotiating short sales which is excels at and seems to always find a way to make a deal work. Michael often says he wishes he had found the real estate business much earlier in
his career. In addition to being Broker for MagnumOne Realty, Michael enjoys photography and takes all of the “home
pictures” for Julie. In addition, this past year Michael worked on a personal
photo project, 2010 – Daily Photo, where he has taken a picture every day of the year and posted them on his flickr
site and a group site organized by his daughter Kevyn. Michael lives in Rocklin with his wife Julie and their 11 year-old son, Mikie. He has three grown children living in various states and loves to try and keep up with them and their growing
