Hello, thanks for visiting my site and my personal page. If you have surfed around the site you have a pretty good idea I am a wife, mother and Realtor. We moved to the Rocklin – Roseville area from Alaska after my husband Michael sold his internet business. We have learned that this is a wonderful area of California, close to so much and with its own charm. We love the long summers here and never seem to get enough of warm evenings spent outside.

I operate my business by building relationships. Since I love meeting and helping people with their real estate needs this business has been very rewarding for me. We started our business, MagnumOne Realty because I wanted to take personalized service to higher level. So many of the large and well know regional brokerages have a cookie cutter approach to their business and I want to provide individual service. With today’s technology the resources of a larger company are, in my opinion, outweighed by the flexibility offered in meeting customer needs in a smaller environment. At MagnumOne we are developing what we call customized individual services to make the process of buying and selling a home easier on our clients.

Over the past few years we have specialized in assisting financially struggling homeowners avoid foreclosure by working with their lenders to complete short sales. This is a line of business I will be happy to see go away but in the meantime we have developed a level of expertise with a high level of success.
