MAGNUM ONE REALTY OPENS OFFICE IN PLUMAS LAKE

The New Office Will Expand Service to Buyers and Sellers in Sutter, Yuba, and Colusa Counties

Roseville based MagnumOne Realty has partnered with Stephanie McLaughlin of Plumas Lake Real Estate to open an office and work together to meet the needs of buyers and sellers of residential property in the Lake Plumas as well as Sutter, Yuba, and Colusa Counties. 

“Bringing the resources and support of MagnumOne Realty to Lake Plumas will make my job of providing the best service possible easier,” said Stephanie McLaughlin.  “I am very excited about this partnership and growing our business with clients ranging from first-time buyers to those that are trying to avoid foreclosure.”

Prior to going out on her own and joining MagnumOne Realty as an associate, Stephanie McLaughlin was with Zip Realty for a number of years and is an experienced professional Realtor.

MagnumOne Realty was formed in 2007 by Julie Jalone and her husband Michael who is also an agent with the company.  Julie has been a member of the Sutter/Yuba Association of Realtors since 2005 and they have concentrated their business on providing individual customizes real estate services  in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Sutter, Yuba and Colusa counties.
