Welcome to my website and “Service That Moves You!”  I have been working in Real Estate since 2004 and have closed hundreds of sales for both buyers and sellers.  I left a big brokerage to form my own company, MagnumOne Realty.  I felt restricted and found follow the standard procedures prevented me from providing the service I wanted.  I take great pride in providing custom individualized service to my clients.  I believe this is a relationship business and my dedication to doing what is right for clients has led to a good percentage of my business coming from past clients.
